The Sharp Donkey
Rock / Blues / Acoustic

Original project that will bring the hard blues around
the world. Andrea De Luca plays electric guitar, lap steel and sings.
Great live and studio experience. He play with several bluesman like
Mr. Herbie Goins, currently on tour with Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin)
and many others.
Paolo De Luca plays drums as naturally as breathing.
He has played in many blues bands in Rome. Menotti Minervini is an
exellent bass player. Plays with Marco Morandi (Gianni Morandi's son)
in the best Rino Gaetano Tribute Band.
We are an italian power trio
performing blues, hard blues, rock blues and rock music. We are
interested in taking our music to Northern Europe; and we'd like to ask
your collaboration in this project. Is there a possibility to be hired
from (every kind of) live performance? We are well experienced in this
kind of events. We have a large acoustic and electric repertoire, and
different set lists for different requests.
We hope you'll get
interested and contact us for any further information.
Just Like Little People
Alternative / Indie / Rock
"Some
delicate hints of female singer songwriter material is to be found here
but then the band kicks in to heavy Muse like rock, anthemic and
swollen with power chords, driving guitars, a big wall of sound. ..and
then back to acoustic gentility just to keep you on your toes…KT
Tunstall meets Muse said someone, indeedy…"

"Just
like little people are a joy to watch, Rhiannon's vox are enchanting,
and there's a sense of fun that she and the rest of the band bring out
in the music. when i saw them they were one member down and still
rocked the show, its refreshing to see a band that love what they do
and aren't chasing the money, they keep it real."

Gilbert
Other / Alternative / Classical

Matthew Gilbert Linley (aka 'Gilbert') is a London-born
drummer/keyboard player who studied classical music and composition at
Oxford University and Goldsmith's College, before writing soundtracks
for film, television and theatre for some years. A debut album
completed in 2007 received excellent reviews and extensive national
radio play, gaining a digital release soon after on the Indie label,
Shifty Disco Records. The music was subsequently performed live by 4/5
people (playing an array of drums/percussion, bass, organs, violins,
horns, singing and spoken word) extensively throughout the UK including
notable sets at the 2007 Green Man Festival, 2008 Loop Festival, and
2009 Southbank Udderbelly.
In 2010 a new album - 'Wahoola!' - was finished. About the new record
Gilbert Linley writes: " I wanted 'Wahoola!' to more obviously feature
the talents of the people who have been performing the first album
live.....especially Maud Waret's vocals and Brian Lee's violin-playing
and zany spoken word monologues".
Gilbert Linley also plays drums in Engineers.
