“The Funky DUBstars” are a DJ collective from across the UK.
They take inspiration from a multitude of genres and blend them together in a set that will cater to ALL your needs.......
So on Saturday 18th December 2010 they will be launching themselves into the London spotlight with:
“The Big Sound”
A truly DIFFERENT Saturday night that will take you from RnB & Chart through to Electro & Dubstep!
The Funky DUBstars:
· DJD (Dubstep,DnB)
· L.I.B (DnB)
· D.A.B (Chart mashup, UK Funky, House)..
DJD - From NW London. DJD has been mixing DnB & Dubstep for 5 years and played in venues throughout London. On the night he will bring you a set of Liquid DnB and jump up Dubstep that is sure to leave you on your toes and wanting more.
L.I.B (Lost In Bass)- From South West England. Has been in the DnB scene throughout the South West for over 4 years, headlining with artist such as Nicky Blackmarket. He will be playing a jump up drum and bass set which will blow you away!
D.A.B (Drop A Beat)-From North West England. Has been DJ’ing and promoting at venues and nights throughout the North West for over 4 years working alongside artists such as Tinie Tempah, Tim Westwood, and the Crazy Cousinz. He will be bringing you a mash up of the latest Chart and RnB smashes along with a House set that will take you from UK Funky to Electro and everything in between.
